KRINKLEWOOD BIODYNAMIC VINEYARD - The most beautiful vineyard estate in NSW.

The boutique Krinklewood Biodynamic Vineyard winery in Broke has been listed for sale.

The 59-hectare property features a three-bedroom architecturally designed colonial homestead and 19-hectare vineyard and is tipped to fetch about $10 million.  The fully certified organic and biodynamic vineyard was planted by the Windrim family in 1998.

The property is surrounded by animal life, olive trees and the Brokenback ranges.

The winery is farmed biodynamically, meaning the whole property, including the vineyard, winery and anything else living there, is treated as one interconnected organism.

Rod Windrim told Fairfax Media in 2014: “The biodynamic processes allow us to create wines with a clean taste with greater fruit intensity.  As biodynamic farmers, we are in search of quality, not quantity of wine … and any winemaking intervention is kept to a minimum to allow for the best possible expression of our place.’’

Krinklewood Biodynamic Vineyard is being offered for sale by Alan Jurd and Cain Beckett at Jurd’s Real Estate.
